Midlands Development Agency (emda) to promote awareness of the benefits of information, advice and guidance (IAG) for learning and work to both individual career and
wider workforce development in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It also seeks to ‘kick-start’ activity in this area by providing practitioner guides.
