AuthorsSampson, J.P.
Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine factors that influence continuous improvement in the design and delivery of career resources and services for young people and adults. I base this examination on my understanding of the literature on organizational change, as well as my experience as a consultant to organizations seeking to improve the delivery of career resources and services. I will begin by briefly
describing my experience as a consultant to provide a
context for understanding my point of view. I will then
present my analysis of the factors that contribute to and
detract from continuous improvement. I will conclude
with a few thoughts about the challenges we face and a
possible future.
