Abstract

This chapter seeks to explore through the example of setting up a law clinic, how to ensure students are learning skills that employers require from graduates. It will further address, in the context of clinical legal education (CLE), the impact of COVID-19 in terms of whether the skills employers require have changed as a result of COVID-19 and how this is being addressed by Derby Law School, at the University of Derby.
