The construction industry has taken a significant share in the development of countries, so that the growth of construction projects is one of the criteria for measuring the economic growth. The dynamic nature of construction projects always causes changes in project plans or processes. Therefore, the successful implementation of change management is very important. Agile project man-agement provides effective strategies for the successful implementation of change management in construction projects that increases the adaptability of the project to changes and brings the possibility of quick reaction to them for the project managers. The purpose of this research is to rank the agile project management strategies based on the factors that cause changes in the construc-tion. The current research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of method and nature, In the sense that it seeks to model the minds of experts, it is a type of multi criteria decision making, In terms of the nature of the data, it is quantitative and in terms of time, it is a cross-sectional research. DNAP and TOPSIS techniques were used for data analysis in this research. The results show the essential role of the contractor's financial problems in the occurrence of changes and the high impact of flexible workflow strategy in the effective implementation of change management in the construction projects. Therefore, it is recommended to the managers of construction projects to increase the adaptability of project processes with changes by using this strategy in their projects and contracts.
