The Europe of tomorrow: creative, digital, integrated

How can investment in the cultural and creative sectors sustain development and social cohesion? How can ICTs contribute to a growth in productivity, jobs and competitiveness, whilst improving social inclusion and helping to reduce the negative impact on the environment? Can regional and cross-border co-operation foster better integration and good neighbourhood relations?
