| Abstract | Join us as we explore the intersection of arts, education, and community engagement, showcasing the power of civic pedagogy in driving Alumni success. Discover how our dance film, a part of Shedding Light on Long Covid, used Alumni as performers and raised awareness of Long Covid. Our Alumni were taught methods of choreography and performance that entice and inform an audience pushing our goal to empower these past students to become informed, critical, and engaged members of society who contribute positively to their communities. Immerse yourself in the fusion of health advocacy and artistic expression and learn how 'Harmony in Health' harmonises education and real-world impact. --- *This presentation was delivered as the dance film played. The words spoken outlined the process, whilst giving pause for the moments in the film when the patients voices are heard.* |
