Abstract | There is value in dissertations produced by postgraduate nursing students, yet this work is rarely disseminated more widely. Student nurses and nurse academics should be encouraged to work together to turn dissertations into papers for publication; this co-construction demands a more collaborative and collegiate relationship. This article explores the issues of writing for publication, ethically nurturing peer-to-peer collaboration, and the issues both students and nurse academics need to consider. |
