Abstract | This round table discussion will address the future of wellbeing through Contemporary Art Practice and Research. This will be explore through the lens of the project Shedding Light on Long Covid, a public realm sci-art project. As chair, and curator of the round table, i have invited a panel of expert members who took part in the project in the capacity of researchers, clinicians, community practitioners and lived experience advisors. The discussion will address the range of challenges and opportunties of working on a sci-art project through and place-based methodology. The benefits afforded for the generation of new knowledge, through collaboration on the intersectionality of disciplines will be shared. And, how working within the public realm context enhances or limits the evaluation of practice and research.
