| Abstract | To support the implementation of Gatsby Benchmark 8, ‘Personal Guidance’, the Careers & Enterprise Company have invested £2.5 million over two phases, to showcase how groups of schools and colleges can successfully and affordably deliver personal guidance. In total, eighteen projects will be funded until July 2020. This article introduces these programmes and presents some of the initial findings from the evaluation of the Personal Guidance Fund being undertaken by the International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS) at the University of Derby. |
